OFSearch.ai respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown requests in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our Service searches publicly available content and does not host or store third-party content.

What We Can Do

Since OFSearch.ai is a search tool that indexes publicly available profiles, we can:

• Remove specific URLs or profiles from appearing in our search results
• Block specific images from being used as search inputs
• Assist you in identifying the source platform where content is hosted so you can submit a takedown directly to them

Submitting a Removal Request

To request content removal from our search results, email support@ofsearch.ai with the following information:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• The specific URLs or content you want removed from search results
• A description of the copyrighted work or the reason for removal
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
• Your physical or electronic signature

Personal Image Removal

If you find your image appearing in search results and wish to be excluded, you may submit a personal removal request. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude your likeness from future searches. Please include a clear photo for verification purposes along with your request.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid removal requests within 5 business days. Urgent requests involving harassment or safety concerns will be prioritized.
