• Uploaded images: Photos you upload for face search are temporarily processed and are not stored permanently on our servers after search completion.
• Usage data: Search history, credit usage, and feature interactions to improve the Service.

• To provide and operate the face search and monitoring services
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, monitor alerts)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Biometric Data

Our Service uses facial recognition technology provided by third-party APIs to match uploaded photos against publicly available profile images. We do not create or store biometric templates or faceprints. The facial analysis is performed by our third-party provider, and we only receive match results (URLs and similarity scores). Your uploaded photos are deleted after processing is complete.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following third-party services only as necessary to operate:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Convex — Database and backend infrastructure
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• FaceCheck.id — Facial recognition search processing

5. Data Retention

• Uploaded images are processed transiently and deleted after search completion.
• Search results and history are retained while your account is active.
• Payment records are retained for legal and accounting purposes.
• Account data is deleted upon account deletion request, subject to legal retention requirements.
