1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OFSearch.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OFSearch.ai provides AI-powered face recognition search across publicly available social media profiles. The Service includes face search, deep username search, Instagram tracking, and monitoring features. Results are based on publicly available information and facial similarity analysis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Stalk, harass, or intimidate any individual
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on the privacy rights of others
• Engage in doxxing or publish private information without consent
• Use results for employment screening or tenant screening
• Automate access or scrape the Service without written permission
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the credit system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when performing searches. Purchased credits are non-refundable except in cases of Service failure where a search does not return results due to a technical error (in which case credits are automatically refunded). Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Accuracy & Disclaimer

Search results are generated by AI and represent probable matches, not confirmed identities. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results. You are solely responsible for verifying any information obtained through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by OFSearch.ai. You retain ownership of any images you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing search results. Uploaded images are not stored permanently and are deleted after processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFSearch.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, any remaining credits are forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
